For candidates

Recruiters work for the company. Multiwork works for you.

Tell Multiwork what you want next. It finds the roles — including the ones that never get posted — and introduces you to the person who actually decides, instead of dropping you into the application pile.

Whose side you are on

Everyone else in hiring is paid by the employer

That single fact shapes which roles you hear about and how you get presented. Multiwork is on the other side of the table.

Recruiters and agencies

  • Paid by the company, so the company is the client.
  • You hear about the roles they happen to be filling.
  • You are one of several candidates put forward for the same brief.

Job boards and applications

  • You compete in a pile of hundreds for a public posting.
  • The roles that never get posted stay invisible to you.
  • No one reads your application before the filter does.

MultiworkBeta

  • Works for you. Nobody pays Multiwork to place you.
  • Searches the network and the open web, including unlisted roles.
  • Introduces you to the decision maker — with your approval first.

How it works

Start with one conversation

No résumé upload, no form with forty fields. Talk to Multiwork the way you would talk to a friend who happens to know everyone.

  1. 01

    Tell Multiwork your story

Talk to Multiwork for about ten minutes — what you have done, what you are good at, and what you want next. Prefer typing? Do it in chat, Slack, WhatsApp, or SMS instead.

  2. 02

    Review what Multiwork captured

Your background and goals go on file where you can read and edit them. Change what you are looking for and the search changes with it.

  3. 03

    Multiwork runs the search

Multiwork looks across Multiwork's network and the open web for roles that fit — including searches that never reach a public job board.

  4. 04

Get introduced to the decision maker

When there is a real path in, Multiwork lines up a double opt-in introduction so you meet the hiring manager through someone they already trust — instead of the application pile.

On your side of the table

Everything a good agent would do for you

Not just a list of jobs. The unglamorous work of a search — finding, applying, preparing, negotiating, and following up.

  • Roles you would never find

Unlisted searches, advisory seats, and roles that exist before anyone writes a job description.

  • Applications and a tracker

Multiwork helps you shape each application and keeps everything in one tracker so nothing slips.

  • Interview preparation

Walk in briefed. Multiwork helps you tell your story, practice the conversation, and read the room you are walking into.

  • Compensation modeling

Model total comp — salary plus equity — and benchmark an offer before you answer it.

  • Referrals and warm paths

Multiwork finds who can vouch for you at the companies you actually want, rather than another cold apply.

  • Check-ins that keep it moving

A search stalls when nobody is chasing it. Multiwork checks in on Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, or a call and keeps the next step honest.

You stay in control

Nothing happens without your yes

Looking around is sensitive. Multiwork treats it that way.

  • Every introduction is double opt-in

Multiwork asks you before it asks anyone else. No introduction happens, and no details move, without your yes.

  • Members-only, not a public résumé

Your profile lives inside the network for members — Multiwork does not post that you are looking on the open web.

  • You set what you are open to

Tell Multiwork the roles, companies, and comp you would move for. Say no and Multiwork keeps looking.

FAQ

Everything you are wondering

Is it free?
Joining the network is free, and Multiwork never takes a share of your salary. There is no placement fee and no success fee.
Who does Multiwork actually work for?
You. Nobody pays Multiwork to place you in a role. Companies do use Multiwork to hire, but introductions are double opt-in, so Multiwork never hands your details to a hiring team without your yes.
What happens on the first conversation?
About ten minutes on what you have done, what you are strong at, and what you want next. Multiwork puts your goals on file, you review them, and the search starts from there. You can do the same thing by typing if you would rather not talk.
Do I have to be job searching right now?
No. It is worth talking to Multiwork before you are ready to move, so when something genuinely good appears you are already in the picture rather than starting from scratch.
How do introductions work?
Multiwork finds a path to the person who decides — often through someone already in the network — then asks both sides. If you both want the conversation, Multiwork makes the introduction and helps you prepare for it.
